Mq, AIDS is a big problem for parts of India, China, some segments of society in Japan, the aforementioned Thailand, and many of the smaller countries. As you indicated, AIDS is not thought to be a major problem within the Islamic countries, but no one knows with absolute certainty. Some of the Middle East countries have problems with AIDS, but don't necessarily publicize that fact. Accurate statistics from Asia and Africa are difficult to come by. KJC
