I think scientists agree that there is a possibility that SARS virus is from cows and chickens. And I think what that vet means is that the cows and chickens in the US get multiple times of vaccines against coronavirus every year. and those vaccines have residuals in the beef and milk. So people who eat the beef and drink the milk would take the residual of the vaccine too. Although the coronavirus mutate fast, but the vaccine still might has some effect.
