I finished gradschool in 1980... yes, Soviet Union example you cite an excellent example of the military adventurism being totally cut off that Soviet Union example was total but I refer to a call for retrenchment, not collapse the US Military might be called home in 2004 if and when a USDollar crisis unfolds it will not cause a collapse in the entire nation, with 15 new nations springing up altho I would surely love to see California sink in its own sea of socialist stupidity, then die a horrible death for TonkaTruckMan, my highschool experience was during the height of VietNam my adult life has moved from one foreign disaster to another, in quick procession VietNam Iran Afghany Iraq / jim
