Why don't you ask the morons in charge of this mess if they've heard of economic cycles. In 2001; they looked for the Chimp's brain up his butt, now it's Greenscam's turn. All through 2001 and 2002 Govt. and Fed officials were ON THEIR KNEES begging Americans to borrow and spend and dig themselves deeper into debt (and ignore the business cycle). As a result household and business debt went up by three trillion dollars over this period.
