no it means that that if you could come up with a simple non-linear function which fits the movement of prices from some price level x-1 to some price level x-k -- hitting closely the pts in between -- if you add some tiny number to x-1 you will get a far different number at pt k -- it's called 'extreme sensitivity to small differences in initial conditions' -- that's one characteristic of chaotic systems that I remember.
