I don't seem to recall the intervention in Kosovo resulting in the breakup of the U.N. or NATO or the rest of our alliances. In fact, Clinton provided a good example of carrying a reluctant world along on a real humanitarian mission. The difference is that Clinton was not out to loot the resources and give them to corporate buddies.
