pretty objective observation imo.

How can the new Bush Doctrine be viewed as anything but hawkish? U.S Foreign policy is admittedly more aggresive now than it has been in many many years...maybe ever.

The cause of the new policy is irrelevant, it is what it is, and it will effect the markets accordingly.

The key is finding the longer term plays in the new environment. Faber is one of the few shining stars who has the ability to navigate some difficult waters ahead for a variety of reasons, his current lack of allegiance to U.S policies and practices being one of them.

Markets have no place for partisanship.
