I am sure the neighbors would be happy if I added a few rooms onto my house using this method.

10 of the 40 footers would run you about $10,000 and give you over 3000 sq ft of living space, but the delivering costs would likely double or triple that.

Fun to think about...money to made if you could come with a good use for them.

20' and 40' dry vans in wind-and-watertight condition purchased in quantities of 10 or more FOB Interport (picked up by you at Interport) may sell for as little as $900.00 each.
A typical price for a single wind-and-watertight dry van freshly painted using Interport's stock colors and delivered within a 100-mile radius of Interport might be $1,900.00.

what are you LOLing about? i was *this close* to turning a container and an abondoned barge into a floating home and parking it in the heart of the downtown waterfront. complete with a sodded front yard and everything. would've been bigger than most city lots and, in a curious twist, not subject to property tax.
