Kind of reminds me of early January 2002. The NYSE tick was going nuts the same way then. That was a good indication the top was near, and it's probably no different this time.

As most know here, I track the NYSE TICK with a 40 hour MA and it is now sitting at the highest level since I have tracked it. It is well into the region that has marked every 'IT' top in this bear and only two other times have I seen it in this region, early March 2002 and early January of this year.

WIll this indicator finally fail?
