No, it's not Clinton's fault if it falls back to 700. It is just the way things are. I can look at the SPX chart and make a case for it going to 694 or 574 but I can't say it is because of Clinton or GW. It is just because that is the ying and yang of reality. Will it go that low. Don't know for certain but I would not doubt it. Companies are still way over valued and that is a fact. That is not because of GW or Clinton. That is because people bought and bought and bought without caring whether the company showed a profit, or if the company was passing out stock options like Halloween candy, or printing more stock to sell to the public to pay for over priced acquisitions and pop-up internet advertising. Look at AMR for the latest example of stupidity. Here is a company that has no clue of what a profit is while Southwest Airlines shows profit after profit. And when AMR goes begging it's employees to take 50% pay cuts while lining up golden parachutes for the insiders...enough is enough! Until the country wakes up and forces companies to act fiscally responsible we will not return to the bull years. But is that the fault of GW. Not at all. It is the people that buy stock that are at fault. Vote no on all proxies that ask for stock options or anything that goes in the pockets of management.
