No. Everyone does not know that. The reason Bush was not prosecuted is because the critical evidence necessary to make an insider trading case, namely, the market data, did not support the charge. No one, even Bush #41 can manipulate the market data.

As usual, you have no clue. No wonder the SEC bagged you.
