tejek,

re:Maybe no one has found anything because there was none.

That's a bit tough to believe considering they did have them in the past (that's fact).

For the sake of argument let's assume they had none - I can't understand Saddam's plan to get kicked out of power, can you?

No, the ones who died.

No doubt, a very small number of Iraqi innocents, including children, were killed during the war. It is clear, however, that the number was insignificant compared with the number who have been killed by Saddam's regime. Let alone those children who were JAILED in efforts to force parents' compliance. Those who died because of Saddam's taking food for oil money. Those who died when Saddam gassed them.

It is really absurd to be suggesting that these people need an apology. They are elated to have been freed by the United States.

It is just one more screwed up liberal who can't admit he is wrong.

Maybe no one has found anything because there was none.

Not a chance. UNSCOM documented 2,000,000 lbs of chemical agent. A person would have to be pretty stupid to think that Saddam just went out & destroyed them, carefully avoiding creating any evidence to that effect.

The WMD are there, and will be found. And I expect you to be back here saying, "Okay. I was wrong about THAT, too. I haven't been right about anything yet".
