This time GW Bush is not letting the Republican base down and will take the '04 Presidency by a landslide.

Don't hold your breath. The writing is all over the wall for Bush to lose if the economy doesn't do a 180 and start growing by this time next year. Bush's reelection isn't a certainty by a long shot yet.
