I don't like many of the small stocks up here, I prefer to hit the big caps and hold them as they correct their excess's of the recent ramp.

This theory of shorting at top and adding as it falls has done well in past. Always hard at the top as it is on the bottom, as a shorter and in a market like we have, one must remember market has a tendency to REVERSE at the exact point when one believes it will break down or as we are break out.

If you research the summer rally, then the Fall fall into October. We always were at points where the logical answer for market dirction was current momentum, but it always turned on a dime.

The turn downs are rather quick but slower then the turn ups.

Current market has many Bulls sleping well dreaming of a new Bull and 2000 on NASD and 9000 on dow. Over the next several days and maybe a week, market will show its true colors.

Bottom line Dow must capitulate to under 6500, and NASD the same to under 860 area. Both area are based on moving averages going back to 1990.

Many folks have no clue that NASD was under 1200 in 1996, and in 95 was in the 600 range.

I cannot become a bull until markets capitulates.
