Company earnings will grow into their current valuations. Forward PE's are much lower.

His opinions are sometimes worth heeding when he's forecasting very short-term moves, but he is simply worthless as an analyst of anything where the words "long-term" or "fundamental" are involved. As far as I can tell, he always has been useless in that area. He has done a great job of demonstrating his limitations with his model portfolio on Real Money.
