You might have to ask da chief on that but as I recall, he didn't admit it for a while. This despite the fact that the market had obviously turned. He never regained the guru status accorded him in the late 70's and early 80's. Seems to be the fate of them all...never flexible enough to bend their rules. One must be open minded to the fact they can't always be right. Even the best miss on occasion. There is no one system that weathers all storms.
