<practical immune boosting recommendations>

Now that would be a very nice topic for a
new thread.

I seem to remember that one should not exercise
too strenuously first thing in the morning--and
waiting til afternoon is best. There was something
posted today about drinking tea.

They say very high vitamin C doses might help
the immune system--if you don't mind the GI
distress that goes with it.

Probably everything that makes you feel generally
healthier is pretty good for the immune system.
Eat better, sleep longer etc etc.

Let me tell you, stress is a big one. I always
catch a cold after my rotation through the
graveyard shift. Brutal.
