Well, permanent is pretty easy, until the day of not being permanent is defined, mutually,
officially, or in the worst case, after it isn't around anymore.

Why do simple things have to be so difficult??

Just think about the problems with more complex things.

"Permanent rule-of-thumb"

If they are not staying at the Holiday Inn chances are their stay will be more than a week-end.
