here in US we are working on it. I was selecting a program for my daughter recently and in my city there were over 50 special schools in art, natural sciences, math, computers or overall accelerated study and that in addition to most of the regular schools with special classes for gifted children. I grant you that the schools need more improvement but we are aware of it and working on it. In my state it is a law for parants to encorage their kids to study. Parents are punished if they do not obey the law.... What about your country?
