jlallen, In a private message to me Raymond Duray informs me that he has placed me on "ignore". He accuses of me of having run out of 'even rudimentary arguments' and took issue with my highly emotional ad hominem attack on him. Finally, he asks me not to reply to him and wishes me goodbye and good riddance. I will of course continue to make comments about Ray's posts, but apparently will be denied the satisfaction of any further emotional outbursts from him. .....sigh.
