Muddled, yes. And the more factors that you take into account the muddleder it gets. Also, I've never yet seen an oscillator that didn't play into the hands of a breakout at some point in its life. In its most basic form my system is a two-oscillator system, so it could be playing its fiddle to the tune of a much larger oscillator and not knowing it. On one of my charts I noticed some similarities between yesterday and mid- or late-October, but my usual confirming indicator set was right in line with the sell signal.
