We could waffle around up here for a couple of days You're really trying hard to join our club, aren't you? So be it, in spite of your high level of integrity and your tendency to tell it like you see it, and your general ability to see through all the smoke, your application for membership into the Professional Waffler's Club is hereby accepted. I'm glad that tops take a little while to happen, because I usually take longer to sell my stocks than I do to buy them. So, I sold some yesterday, and more today, and I have some sell orders in for tomorrow. I don't have any short positions yet, but that will change soon. My 401k is at an all time high here, and right now it's nearly 50% cash. I heard on the radio yesterday that home prices in California are reaching new highs. I think the Bay Area had a median home price of $419,000 or something near that. But sales volume was down from last year.
