If you look at the demographics of Canada I'd imagine that Toronto and Vancouver would be more prone to being affected than Trois Pistoles Quebec or Sioux Lookout Ontario :o)

That thread has the best medical/scientific people on SI on it. I think going directly there rather than speculating back and forth here may yield more satisfactory replys. BTW, especially Jay, I'm sure they would make more use of your info than we can here if the goal is learning more about SARS.
