Well I spent a few minutes reviewing some of the filings- that convertible offering is some piece of work. it is specifically designated to be a subordinated debt- subordinated to all existing and future senior debt.
There was also mention that under certain conditions the company can redeem the bonds at maturity with shares.
Also the this company has class A stock which has 10 times the voting power of ordinary stock. Good luck!

REGN made many mistakes and CV is one of them. But, not the biggest one. There is way out, IF they STOP making mistakes.

Regards the IL-1 Trap, it is OA that hold interesting opportunity for their collaborations. Unfortunately, at this moment we do not know how is this option incorporated in deal. Also, Pralnacasan PIIa may help clearing fog on window.
