1) Agree with point 1 but still feel that US had to act. Better for Iraq, humanity and US that Saddam gone even if more problems are created to be dealt w/.

2) Rest of world is scrambling a bit now and I think will come around the next time a tyrant or injustice is big enough.

3) The cash belongs to Iraq and US has declared that. I'm saying US hasn't said IRAQ can't or won't pay. It suggested that France and Russia forgive.

If France were able to trap personal funds in France that belonged to Uday, Quesay or Baghdad Bob, then I wouldn't be opposed to giving that to them. Actually, I like Baghdad Bob and would like to see him in comedy. He'd be a great stand-up.
