OT I wasn't really focusing on their stock price. Rather what they said about orders and backlog. And flat sales. The stock price is bombed out, it can't tell you much in my opinion. And yes KLIC, during this down cycle, has turned its once decent balance sheet into a balance sh*t.

OT: Funny stuff Cary. Not to throw out another Red Herring but don't forget to preface your posts on this thread with OT unless you are posting a trade.

Still I think if you look at the long term charts there KLIC may have some predictive value.
