OT RE: "it's a fairly safe short, as there is little chance of unexpected good news coming out that makes the stock abruptly soar." What is "abruptly soar?" Is it a move to $20? How much "good news" will be necessary to cause a move to $20? How do you establish "fair value" when the company has been a relative resounding success in a terrible environmnet and nobody has a clue when the environment will indicate future significant improvement? Notice the use of "indicate".
