what strong dollar policy really means is that (a) we have good economic foundations and (b) please trust us that we will do what we can to keep it going smoothly and not disturb the apple cart Sorry but that is simply not true. "We have good economic foundations" has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with currency policy, strong or otherwise. And the "please trust us" bit is what EVERY government of EVERY country says and tries to establish. Again, that is NOT policy.
