In my view there is very little difference between Holly Becker and Henry Blodget, both were analysts that made one good, extreme stock call and never changed their tune. So I'm glad the SEC is using the same discretion to file suit against both the bull and bearish case. Its amazing how many people hate Blodget and yet support Becker- sign of the times, with so many bears, I guess.

1:51PM CNBC reports that SEC may file suit against Becker and husband after info allegedly shared in '99 on EBAY and DSCM coverage :

Not at all. This is a very different market. 98 was a
downward correction in a secular bull. This is an upward correction in a secular bear.
