Nobody controls anybody. Iran does not control Hizbollah or Hamas or even the Supreme Council for Islamic Revolution in Iraq (SCIRI). They have some influence in them, the way you may have influence on your friends whom you are in agreement with and support from time to time. So any solution involving Iran will fail if it goes against the interests of those groups. Iran can be an honest broker of peace and help remove some of the mistrust, but they are not its puppets...back to your question. I find it conceivable that Hizbollah will pursue a more political path, if certain conditions are met. I am not so sure about Hamas, but I guess anything could be possible.
