Good point, the sticks and carrots should be given to the people and may well be, instead of to the Mullahs. I'm damned glad Bush, Rice, Rumsfeld and Powell are working this out instead of me. Two points, 1. Syria may become more into our line. 2. This will make the Islam religion go into it's final fight. Edit, I don't know what that really means, Islam as a whole, Islam as a power or Islam going away. The US crushed Islamic troops. Embarrassed them. Terrorists get stronger or weaker. I don't know.
