Bush was the one who went to the UN. He tried but failed to prove a strong case for going to war. And he was the one who went ahead without the UN after they rejected his BS. And as we know now, it was BS. Kerry would have persuaded the UN to back us. The world trusts someone like Kerry. They dont trust someone like Bush. That's the big difference.
