Whether the above countries are permitted to have nukes depends on if they are threats to US? Who made this rule or law? >>ooops forgot North Koreaeea which will be giving up its nuke program real quick!!!!<< Not sure yet, especially under the new situation shadowed by the US Preempt Strike policy.
