Only one problem with your thesis. No government can survive with no revenues. We couldn't even afford a military or emergency relief unless we had a huge sales tax and huge state taxes. The Bush tax cuts BTW just pass along the burden to the states. Look at how they're all having to raise taxes now. GOP moderates have it right. STOP! No more spending for Bush unless he takes in revenues too. Unlike Bushies, states are fiscally conservative and must balance budgets. Bush has the worst ecoomic ideas in history so far as I can see. Not one of them helps at all.
