When people could openly express their biases, the rights of some group or groups were curtailed. If by "when" you mean both of these things happened at the same time then I agree. If you mean that being able to express a bias itself is a curtailment of someone else's rights I disagree. Its not only elected Reps. but its mostly Reps No it isn't. The right is extraordinarily sensitive to any criticism and attacks very quickly The left is as well. Tim
