Sorry Nadine, I am not trying to give you a hard time, but not since I was in grade 3 have I believed in trusting the "common knowledge". So I really don't care if the figure is widely believed or not. I do care about how the figure is derived at. If you know of some report that highlights how much Hizbollah spends every year and what sources of income they have and perhaps how the money trail is tied to Iran, then I we can discuss it. But plain hand waving of the form "everyone knows" or "it is widely believed" will do nothing for me. And I don't care if those who "know" are believed to be experts. I've known plenty of goofy experts in person.
