Yes, his not showing charts is a shame

My critique was more of his writing than his thoughts, but I really do get tired of people who occasionally come down from the mountain top with their longer term perspectives saying this and that is going to happen without giving us anything specific to use as a reference to answer the question "Sure, but when?"

As far as showing charts that are not breaking out, that was just an example of a point he made without an example. If he did show a couple of such charts (e.g. "Look at the daily on well known large caps XXX and YYY, which are not showing breakouts through all this rally.") I would at least know his reference points and be able to think to myself "well, look at well known large caps BBB and CCC which are showing significant breakouts" to possibly counter his point.

Even if he does call major tops and bottoms very well, my point was simply that his call would be more persuasive if he fleshed out his ideas some more and left more of the generalities for a future piece.
