I recall back in the summer of 2001 the TWII chart and other Euro indices were well on their way down while the US, particularly the Dow, hung up in the air. That was reconciled soon enough.

The TWII may just be leading a bit. I would not ignore that chart, as that count may be our count.

Even if the move down on that chart is a "C", it tests or possibly exceeds the October lows.
