Fipke (Kel-Ex), and Metalex Ventures Ltd., Arctic Star Diamond Corp. and 1387197 Ontario Inc. (Big Red), to participate in exploration of the Dumont nickel claims, and adjoining area, within the Attawapiskat diamond project, located in the James Bay area of Ontario. The project area, comprising 170 square kilometres, including 106 mining claims, is located close to the Victor diamond deposit owned by De Beers. Under the terms of the agreement with Dumont, Kel-Ex has the right to earn 90-per-cent interest in the Dumont mining claims, and any new claims pegged within the project area. Kel-Ex has agreed to assign a 10-per-cent interest, of the Kel-Ex Interest, to Oasis. Oasis will contribute to continuing work in direct proportion to its interest and Kel-Ex is entitled to 10 per cent of the Oasis share as a free carried interest. Thanks Red - is that a Kaiser piece? MTX/ADD story will hopefully bring in some new money as the story develops. A lot of our diamond stock in the crapper these days - but isn't this the time of year that speculative diamond fever is supposed to be peaking, so we can offload our darling stocks to the newbies, who in turn hold till tax loss season, selling them back to us at fractions of what we paid??? It's getting tough to make a buck these days!!! NO Not even close to Diamond stocks Peaking. May early June

MTX news out - drilling started here are some rumours posted about the drilling "News may be out by the time you read this post. NR is apparently the first of many. Staking has been completed..that means CF has enough claims for the rest of his life. Drilling has been ongoing since last Tuesday..2.5 inch cores.NR may indicate drilling but obviously no results yet. An interesting rumor from an usually reliable source..BHP Engineer/Geologist on site supervising core removal and secure crating for transport to and analysis in CF's lab in B.C. This could signal an early arrangement between BHP and CF for future development as there are only 2 real players in the diamond game , DeBeers and BHP. Should prove interesting over the next weeks and months. "
