Reaper you don't like regional banks do you?
I think there are actually a few good buy's in that business in your backyard - regional banks in New England with good asset quality (<.55 non performing loans) and a PE of around 11 and ROA of 1.3% and regional focus look like they will outperform the market - even if they won't get taken over by one of the bigger banks.
