Yes, I did. The US expects a government "hostile" to the US. It will do nothing if the government is "hostile" to no one else, i.e. neighbors, minorities, citizens. "Regime change" if these conditions are not met.

You don't invade if you want to be loved! You invade to establish facts on the ground and you maintain the facts by threat of force. Pax Americana will make many Iraqis love us, but very few will go on the record.
