Some people tell us it is a very poor country, and has little in the way of electrical power, food etc....

I'm told Baghdad has a fairly modern infrastructure, that it flourished as a city until the beginnings of the Iran Iraq war and has gone down since. I would expect that other cities have basic infrastructures for electrical power, water, etc. Those need to be brought back online quickly to provide services for hospitals, to prevent disease transmission, etc. To argue that is not, by itself, to argue against the Bush invasion. I prefer to argue that on other grounds.
