Forgive him. It was just a liberal knee-jerk non sequitur. He pulled the same tactic when I tried to show him the NRA's gun safety program. The non sequitur is the liberal's best friend.

oh yes there is plenty of waste in every gov agency

BUT..

our defense budget leads the pack on waste and at least the whole IDEA of HUD and Education is for a positive change in people's lives..and to hopefully get more people contributing to brighter future
