But you have no workable plan, that can stop Iran from "putting us in that position." You don't want Iran with nukes, I don't either. It's happening anyway. A realistic plan would have involved a multilateral agreement (with Russia as a crucial participant), to keep the technology, skills, materials for nukes out of Iranian hands. And that plan would have had to be implemented (and rigidly adhered to) many years ago. Too late, now. Plan A failed. Quit longing wistfully over it. What's Plan B?
