Clearly, someone who is trying to cover his arse. Next thing people are going to be sued. Do you think the US lawyers are sleeping while people are dying and a class action suit, worth billions, is brewing? Make no mistake, there is no misfortune, no tragedy, no plague, no epidemic that will not benefit American lawyers. Someone has to be responsible and therefore someone has to be sued.

Despite all the panic and all the Chinese wearing little paper masks, this SARS thing is already out of control. In fact, "they", and by "they" I mean the ones who should know what to do about it, haven't a clue.

All the better for the lawyers. One can just see them licking their lips and rubbing their hands in glee while, in their imaginations, they count all that lovely lolly.
