Ed - Emile will ignore your points and basically come back with the cut and paste stuff. First of all, his agenda is basically to bash what he thinks is the base aspects of extreme Orthodox Judiasm. He wishes to paint Jews with that broad brush. If he can present a picture of Jews that is similar to those nut cakes running around on the streets of Iran, then he will hopefully obtain more followers or converts. That's the real agenda. Why else would he waste so much time talking about selected passages from thousand year old commentaries or 1000's of year old archeologist digs? The vast majority of Jews today, as does the US and its politiicians, supports Israel for its right to exist as a home for Jews and a protection against future holocausts. No religious zeal.
