When did you decide that it was possible to have "permanent, verifiable" inspections?

It's been done for years, Jacob. That is how South Africa got rid of their Nukes and went on the inspection program. You can do it with nukes, not with chem and bio. It requires that the country involved is willing.

Mike said, "Jacob, Iran nuke plant is visible just as iraqi nuke plant was to the israelis. The other wmds are harder to find because they are easier to conceal. Is this so hard to understand? mike "

It applies to NK. They won't do it at the moment. The reason our discussion of this issue started is because we did not put it to NK this way in the early 90s, before they had a Nuke. Now our choices are much worse, as you posted.

The point I was making is that we should not allow any other rogue state with a nuke plant to get us into the position that NK has put us. Iraq lost their ability to do so when the Israelis took out the plant. They have used Chem on Iran and their own people, so their was no doubt they would do so again.

I really think it was rude of you to post the people you have on ignore. Why don't you take them off and start fresh? I have done so. That is why I am posting to you.
