LOL. A Clinton "arms control advisor" claiming it's all Bush's fault that NK has nuclear weapons? That's a hoot. He seems to have forgotten that last fall NK admitted they had been cheating for some time on the very agreement this guys hails as having "defused" a dangerous situation. He and his boss paid blackmail and the blackmailer reneged on his promise. Big surprise. Now you and this idiot say it's all Bush's fault. Another big surprise.
