Good to see someone talking about the hapless economy -- I thought Bush had succeeded in putting such conversation to rest till after the 2004 elections. -JH

Instead of weeding out the weak -capitalism without bankruptcy is like religion without hell- so that overcapacity is out of the market, Chapter 11 is too good and the overcapacity never goes away. Look to the airlines industry to see what I mean.
