agree with Xeev, put $35 floor on crude oil with tax this would provide massive funds for fuelcell research and subsidies only trouble.... the money would be stolen by Congress !!! several past examples Social Security is the most glaring once upon a time, that Trust Fund was legally separated until Clinton and Rubin changed the law, then stole it of course, into general revenue treasury funding that helped to finance the great socialist miracle I mean the great economic miracle I mean the great productivity miracle now I am all confused the only real miracle I see is the continued levitation of both the US Economy and the US Dollar / jim
